項目概況：三亞康年酒店建筑面積達(dá)9萬平方米，位于三亞灣路中段，交通便捷。整個酒店具有特色和吸引力的地方顯然還是我們湯臣科技全程參與設(shè)計和安裝的70米高的壓克力高空懸挑透明泳池！
該設(shè)計方案的技術(shù)特點和難點：
1、特殊研發(fā)：首先，我們對壓克力板材制造配方進(jìn)行了特殊的調(diào)整，讓其能夠適應(yīng)三亞的熱帶海洋季風(fēng)性室外氣候；
2、高空安裝：其次，我們通過特殊的工藝和方法解決了小角度烘彎的難題，并使用300噸汽吊將壓克力泳池的部件懸挑安裝至70米高空屋面，這也是歷年來湯臣科技施工難度較大的工廠項目之一；
3、一致好評：整項工程湯臣科技從設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)到安裝均一氣呵成，其優(yōu)良的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和高效的工作態(tài)度獲得了三亞康年酒店全體人員的高度認(rèn)可，成型的懸挑泳池也贏得了游客們的一致贊嘆。
Sanya Conifer Resort Cantilevered Swimming Pool
The first cantilevered transparent swimming pool in China, 70 meters high, with a one-time formed 200mm thick bottom plate and 1200㎡ in area, Donchamp has adjusted the
formula of acrylic sheet to adapt to the tropical marine monsoon climate in Sanya. Special technology is used to solve the problem of small-angle bending.
